am-neubs: Started out calling it pop when I lived in Montana and Minnesota, started calling it soda when I lived in Wisconsin, and still call it soda now that I’m back in MN.  I must be a total freak. One of my roommates and I dedicated one semester sophomore year of college to saying the word soda instead of pop.  It has stuck, not much else did from that semester though.
